Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping are separate stages. The checkout estimate and price depend on the selected product variant and destination.
Production Time
Products are made to order and typically enter production for approximately 2–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date.
Shipping Time
Transit begins after production. Available routes and charges are selected from the product’s destination-specific fulfillment profile.
Tracking
PICTAVA requests shipping notifications. Carrier and tracking details are added to the order when supplied after dispatch.
International Orders
International availability varies by product and size. A destination without a supported rate cannot proceed through pricing.
Customs & Duties
Import duties or customs charges may be assessed by the destination authority and may not be included unless explicitly shown.

For delay, loss, damage or an incorrect delivery, contact support with the order number and all available carrier or photographic evidence.
